Absolutely fantastic! That's the only way to describe this year's E3. There were three GPG games on display--Supreme Commander (PC), Dungeon Siege II: Broken World (PC) and Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony (PSP)--and the response to all three games was overwhelmingly positive. Regardless of where the games were being shown (we had demos set up at various locations around the show), there were large crowds of enthusiastic onlookers.
The awards and press coverage from E3 are still rolling in, but here are some highlights:
We bring the glory of E3 right into your own home with this exclusive video of DS II: Broken World. Lead designer Daniel Achterman demoing the DS II expansion pack. This is a must-watch video for every Dungeon Siege fan.
The official E3 trailer for Supreme Commander has been released! Visit www.supremecommander.com to view it, or if you prefer to see it in all of its high-definition glory, simply go to one of these mirror sites.
Be sure to visit SupremeCommander.com every Friday. Why on Friday? Because that's when we unveil something new about the game. This is exclusive information that you won't find anywhere else!
[[ DS2 Soundtrack on DirectSong.com ]]

If the demo wasn't over 1GB in size I'd be all over it, but as is I'll wait until I have the spare time to play before downloading (if I don't buy the game first... ).
I've tried playing SupCom, but found that my PC didn't like it at all - it was very jerky and the backgrounds didn't feel quite finished
- I guess really high-specs would make a big difference with the gameplay
- I didn't like the camera controls, it felt a bit like Ground Control 2 crossed with Command & Conquer, but not quite as fluid as either....
- I hear that that it has been patched already, though..
I also tried Silverfall as well, and found it nought but a pale comparison with DS2
I was very disappointed in the graphics.. it is optimised for Ageia PhysX, so maybe that improves it
- but for me (- without the fancy hardware!) it just looked awful and far too dark, so I immediately uninstalled it..
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- ..never mind the weather, just as long as we're together!

I downloaded Silverfall as well. Did the buxom red headed woman on the game website remind you of the cover of DS1? It did me, a bit. I was disappointed in the game too, but I only played for a short time. Well, I return you to your thread, already in progress...

I just received a new GPG newsletter today... it's 100% SupCom though.
