In my opinion it is HRW. Why?
Because he added a lot of new spell.

I remember that i can download spell mod with i cam summon any creature from game

That sounds like "Kane's Enemy Summons", you can find it on this site. Or do you mean as companions? If so there used to be one called "Barrel O' Summons", don't know if it still exists.

Thanks but, on that site is more, absolutely new spells. Not those who are in the game.
