Cannot Remove One of My DS2 Mods

I have a strange problem. I cannot remove a DS2 version of one of my mods in Broken World. There are only GPG's ds2res files in DS2 and BW's resource folder. I didn't recompile logic ds2res for either, so I'm confused. The mod shows up fully functional without the file. I don't know how on Earth it's reading it!

NM, the mod file was visible only in the Siege Editor 2. How odd! I even moved only the ds2res files and deleted the resource folder just in case it was being ghostly, but the mod somehow survived deletion.
