Dungeon Siege Freezes and Crashes

If it were up to me, I'd be doing more videos on Dungeon Siege... however I lost all of my progress and it's made worse with the game freezing and crashing for no apparent reason. I've turned off shadows and 3d something something on Nvidia Control Panel, so I'm more or less clueless as to what I did wrong. forums: |

You may not be aware that the Dungeon Siege games use very little of the Graphics Card as the games are CPU intensive. They also expect a single core processor. You may wish to try making the movies of DS using only a single core. There are many posts about this scattered throughout the site.
What I meant by videos was with Fraps for YouTube.

I have never encountered the problem with Fraps when recording a section of the game, however many people have. Most often it was a problem with the game and multi core processors and not the video card. So try playing the game with a single core and recording it that way.
