Autocast by Flam?

Matt, I dont have the original mod, but you can take it from mod "adepts". It's "auto_cast.skirt", that calling from "heroes.gas".
Thanks, but I am not sure how to get that or turn it into a mod. The sad thing is that I found the mod on an old hard disk of mine but I lost it again! :/
