How do you use the node matcher?

Took the time to finally try out SE2 but I have already run into problems. If I hit "yes" in the dialog window that appears I also get a bunch of error messages about a bunch of missing sno files. To make matters worse I chose "ignore always" so now I don't see the errors anymore. Where do I reset SE2 so I see those errors again? forums: |

You can always look in the console, where errors still flash by. (at least it is like that with DS1)
I never used this for SE2. I will take a look at it. Next time you restart se2 it will complain about warnings again.
SE has a console? How do I get to it? Or are you thinking DSmod?
Hehe, I have no clue when it comes to modding.
I assume that SE will have a console, becasue DSmod has a console, becasue they came within the same tool kit, and the same functionality should be implimented.
Console can be opened with the ~ key.
Errors, warnigs and info are shown below the rendering window. They are also logged to a text file. Restarting editor will bring back warnings you ignore. I dunno what TAS is talking about it does not have anything like that.
Edit: Node matcher is broken. At least mine is.
Alright, thanks for the help guys. And thanks for checking wyv, now I know I'm not the one messing up.
The warnings didn't come back though. Might be because I chose ignore always. :dunce:
Try reinstalling siege editor to make the errors show up again, if you do not want to do that, track down the siege editor configuation settings and delete them.
No, you could delete the info in the config for the editor if it does save the error stuff. It does not for me. Maybe my version is more broke /lol .
Edit: Nm it is not even stored there or anywheres for me at least. Are you sure Sol? I use ignore always all the time. There are plenty of warnings for normal stuff. You should not be getting errors on missing sno stuff btw. It might of been the texture set you had set.
Well I got those errors the first time I did a search for matching nodes. Now I don't get any errors anymore. I suppose it could be because of the textures. Might have to play around with that. Actually it doesn't seem like it is even searching anymore.. Maybe I should just reinstall.
It does not search for me. I am surprised it did anything for you.
SEII is very weird at times. I wouldnt take it seriously. My right click were disabled for about a month then reappeared. It just takes time using the editor to memorize the nodes and where goes where.
