This looks interesting Gemeaux333. The only problem I can see is fitting them on some of the small elevators
Hi, i'm the "author" of that thingie.
Also I did that for a youtube series, so... I actually HAVE to fit them onto small elevators to play.
I've bound a button to the "move character" action, which doesn't select the character underneath the cursor, making fitting all 12 of them onto a small elevator possible. Still infuriating sometimes, though.
Indeed, that an anoying problem common to Dungeon Siege 1, 2 and Space Siege...
Seriously, you should hire the guy who is doing this (Templayer)
Currently I work as a programmer that makes software for powerplants and an energy distribution company.
If I were to be hired, I am sure you wouldn't be able to afford my salary.
Unless they dump me tomorrow for bragging, that is.
Well, when I said "hire", it was more to say that you would be a great addition to the team...
For the elevator issues, I think that, like summoned creatures, the characters who stay a bit too far from your head group should teleport next to it, is it doable ?

Or take your group throu on a few at a time. Annoying but it works.
I know this is a bit old, but in an interview with Chris Taylor before Dungeon Siege 1s release, the guy said 'up to 10 party members', which they later scrapped due to it being too intensive for computers at the time. Maybe this can be re-worked or he can be contacted?

I know, but I was suggesting this modding solution : regular characters teleporting like summoned creatures when too far from the head group

Chris Taylor is working right now on Intergalactic Space Empire, it's going to be a browser / cloud based RTS and it's a small indie project.
