How many people are having this problem

I am just wondering how many people get this message when sending a PM? Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.
If you have this problem please tell me the following:
Which version of Windows are you using
Which browser are you using. The browser version would be helpful too.

I've just tried PMing you and got both that response AND the "a message has been sent" one.

PMs work if recipient logs in here (Messages under Navigation correctly shows there is an unread message) but no e-mail is sent advising the member to go log in.

It would be nice if Orix where a member if the site, so that he could explain in person who he is, how he is associated with the site, etc.

Actually i think Orix is a member of this site...he goes by a new name, but hes an old timer in ds, that was the name he uses on irc.
