Starfall (not myself) has made a skrit that is quite easy to use, and it's completely free to download off of nexusmods!

Under miscellaneous you may download the skrit, which also includes instructions on where to install it and how to use it. In all seriousness, I think it's revolutionary and can help a lot of modders and texture creators to add so much more to Dungeon Siege, and not just with monsters! We could add new textures to almost everything - weapons, armors, and objects alike!
