Got this in my e-mail from Matthias concerning my BWSuper Shops mod: Quote: hi there, seem to have a problem getting your mod to work on my Has anyone heard about or know where to get a 2.3 patch? Broken world is 2.3, there is no 2.3 for the 'vanilla' DS2. You can get broken world in the store ;).
Probably a faulty download then, thanks Firebat.
...or possibly a conflict (with another shop mod).
He said he had no other mods installed. Told him to try another d/l, if that doesn't work will find out if he runs Succubus or All Saves. (Succubus is famous for conflicting with the majority of mods)
Whenever someone tells me they dont have any other mods installed/being used I tend to no longer believe them. This comes from people asking questions about issues they have playing the Abstraction siegelet. The issues that get described usually tend me to think they do have something else being used. And after asking several more questions at them it ends up being that they do have mods in place, usually inventory or some goofy exp mod. The reply I end up getting back is but I use this with all my ds games. And I just say back yes for a normal game I am sure that mod works fine but with other mods things may conflict. Common type mods tend to make changes to common parts, common parts in other mods or in my case siegelets.
I would not be surprised if they have a mod in place but since they use it with everything they dont really think of it as a mod so they say they have no mods.

Could this be a problem with the CRC not showing their save game when using the mod (fixable with All Saves)?
