We have gotten to a point where they can't get any smaller. Anything smaller would just be down-right too small to operate.

When someone makes something affordable and comparably small, but including an AM/FM radio tuner... then yes, I'd like one. Otherwise, it would be a waste of money for me (I wouldn't use it enough...).
