oh so now the Humans have a new king in WoW, gonna miss the old king. U playing WoW these days Phoenix?

Off and on. Back working a 40 hour/week job and also getting slightly burnt out. Only been on for maybe 4 hours total the last couple weeks. Have 18 characters on 3 different realms now and 5 of them are at level 110.

I guess Anduin has some big shoes to fill. He always annoyed me, always running around and especially whenever there were quests dealing with him.

I just watched the Warcraft movie on Cinemax. Has anyone else seen it?

*edit*

Kinda sorta on topic: There is the Prince's namesake in the movie, so...yeah. Anduin Lothar is played by Travis Fimmel.
squee! Love Tongue

Apparently it did not do well in the US, but pulled in much greater numbers overseas, especially China.

It portrays the events surrounding the opening of the Dark Portal. It went well with popcorn and the special effects were really cool, especially the Orcs (both Fel and normal).

But if someone wasn't familiar with the backstory of the game it was kind of a basic fantasy movie. There was some stuff I felt could have been fleshed out more, and I would have liked to see more about some individual characters but there is only so much you can cram into 2 hours. A pleasant way to spend a few hours on a Saturday and I'm glad I didn't pay like $10 for a ticket.

I thought it was good also, but only those who played or read the books will be able to follow the movie.

How about that baby Go'el at the end? Bet he has a good future ahead of him. Wink

He is a feisty baby, but what can you expect from an orc? They're rather a Klingon like people.

His future looks good, except for when he meets a lovely lady orc who WON'T HUSH with the constant go'el, go'el go'el-ing. Eh, I forget her name now, hehe. We kind of laughed when he floated down the river like Moses "What's next, gonna part the Red Sea"? Tongue
