She is using a modified dwarf body and all the heads of farmgirl.

Mod Title: LoA_CutieGirl_Revived_v2 (Contains Nudity)
Added the Cube of Crafting and new spells from revived, as well as the improved ai from Adepts. Lots of changes were made so you will have to start a new game. See the enclosed Read Me for a (hopefully) complete list of all changes in v2.

This mod adds a higher AR version of Lord Hovart's Blood Armor (called "Giovanna's Blood Armor") to make it appealing to higher level characters. All modifiers (prefixes and suffixes) are applicable and random (unless you want to edit your character file). Giovanna's Blood Armor will drop in all locations of Ehb, UP, and LoA maps, as well as other maps, and can be purchased in all shops (level restrictions may apply). Link

Orc Nation version 1.0 by Gnomewarrior

Load this file into your Dungeon Siege/Resources directory.
To uninstall simply remove the file from the Resources directory.

Orc Nation can be used as either a singlet in MP, a temporary or permanent mod that changes Krug to Orcs. I recommend starting a new character or party for MP. This it isn't completely necessary...just would present you with a nice challenge and centers around the town of Elddim. This will also work with a new SP but will be a serious challenge for your new hero.

There are 2 .dsres in this .zip, one for DS1 and 1 for LOA.

Do not use both .dsres together. Just use whichever version you are playing, as they can and do conflict with each other. All this mod does is let you adjust the camera to any setting you prefer. There is no mood adjustments and max distance remains at 18 meters. Min/max distance is 1/18. Min/max azimuth is -5/90.
