Save_Game for a rainy day...

Today is another rainy one. There was work to do outside, but I am sitting, waiting out a storm.

My modding experience so far has taught me many valuable lessons, and greatly deepened my appreciation for gaming, along with the entirety of everyone who has ever made an impact on what it is today. Thank you all!

Just a few funny shirts

I was looking around for a new cycling Jersey (Sleeveless) or tank top style as I hate sleeves. Here are some that I liked for the text.

I just sent a message to Chris Taylor.

I didn't really ask anything or say anything of much importance. I sought him out mostly to sate my own curiosity of what the big man behind Dungeon Siege is doing nowadays, what with our beloved Gas Powered Games being no more.

But if I were to actually get a response and establish contact with this guy... any questions you all might have?

I kind of want to let him know that we're still active and working on the game. It'd be pretty cool to get recognized by him, no?

Wow a lot happened...

It took me over an hour to read my mail and read all the posts - I sure hope the Internet keeps working so I do not have to do so much reading the next time I log in.

Anyone seen Techie ?

I've tried to reach Bare_Elf or techiem as I've lost my password and when you request a new one you get a one-time login and sent to the edit password witch is not functioning.

I'm hopping to NOT have to try deleting my account and re-registering

Why?

Why are some smaller monsters harder to kill than the big ones. I mean why do for example small Gremals small spiders have more life than the bigger ones. Has nothing to do with them being smaller so harder to see. Elves of all the races have the best vision, and my rangers do not miss once they acquire a target.

Why are weather reports wrong 90% of the time with all the advances in Doppler radars and climate modeling.

What is me

I sometimes wonder why I find games like Dungeon Siege, books like the Elric of Melniboné cycle by Michael Moorcock and The Darkness That comes Before by R. Scott Bakker so close to my heart. Could it be that the hero in each case is unlikely or somehow out of step with the reality of their contemporaries? Could they remind me of myself in some past or distant future?
