..I installed it via SSD so load-times are blindingly fast..
it's a big game - about 20G big..!!
the dialogues are well organised and based on responses, like Baldur's Gate was..
you can swap members in and out of your party as required, by visiting your own campsite
lots of side-quests, plus spell-making, enchanting and herbalism are all included - depending on your CHR type..
the graphics are excellent - the CHRS all walk and run with an almost uncanny realism..
camera-controls are abit like Silverfall - scroll forward to change from above and behind, to a head-height viewpoint..
I have only played a little bit so far as I had way too much to do this last weekend. But since I have now finished the sp game in Sacred 2 I will be able to spend my extra time playing DAO.
The one bad thing I see is that it is waaaay to easy to edit your save files (with their toolkit). I had to try it out being there was a toolkit and all, and I do now have a level 3 character that can probably defeat anything (and you can do such editing on your party as well). I do plan to get through the game with a unaltered character but I will have a second game going to kaplow my way through as well, and score with all the in game ladies (1 down so far in that category )
I got DA but due to a malfunctioning DvD drive I cannot install it just yet, I read up a lot on it thou. DA lack a multiplayer function, the OC campaign apparently do not make sense for multiplayer but when people start to make their own adventures multiplayer support will be needed. I also got that the tools are basically for map making, once again leaving modders out in the cold for other types of modding.
I been playing World of Warcraft a lot and basically, I am sick of it. The only thing that keep me playing is the fact that some friends play it but I doubt I be able to continue much further on it, Blizzards design decisions seems set to got from bad to worse rather then improving.
I need a new game that modders can adapt the way we prefer and DA just may be the tool we need, that is IF the DA tool set are more useful.

Does it seamlessly load the world like DS? I really don't like load screens..

Yup it's nice game.
The only bad thing about it is loading delay between large areas .
