So Gorey!

Google has kindly reminded me that today is Edward Gorey's birthday. Gorey wrote and illustrated books, one of which is a favorite of mine called The Gashlycrumb Tinies. The book is done in verse and is an "alphabet" book of sorts. Twenty six children with first names of each letter all meet a very unpleasant death. Yes, the subject matter is kind of morbid, but it is pretty funny in a very dark way. I decided to do my own little version of Gashlycrumb, in Dungeon Siege mode. All in fun, of course. ---------------------------- L IS FOR Lili, killed by a swarm. K IS FOR KATHY, WHO BOUGHT THE FARM. blogs: |

Those evil bugs! Kathy I do not know how many times I have told you that farming Krugs would only lead to trouble. I have that book too, and whenever things are looking bleak I read it, just to make myself feel better.
It's true, Krug are nothing but trouble, and they smell like feet. Nasty, dirty feet.
