E-clipse?

I was out with friends on the day of the Eclipse, not total here but about 3/4. One of the set of friends brought their Kids. One of them is a boy about 16 I think. He asked me questions about the Eclipse and other things. We will leave the other things to your imagination since telling you would violate site rules. Now the Eclipse question. Where there Eclipses before 1971? Both of my parents said yes. Now how can that be possible when before 1971 there was no e-mail or anything else to do with the Internet. I explained he was spelling E-clipse incorrectly, because there is no hyphen in Eclipse. and the e before the hyphen in the other words is a shortening of the word Electronic. As far as we know there are no electronics in the Sun (that we are aware of) so there is no hyphen in the word eclipse. Not sure he got it as he walked off to chat with people his own age and was most likely texting them Adults are crazy. blogs: |

E-clips are like C-clips, but have an extra prong.
They'll hold your pant legs away from the bike's chain without twisting out of place, so they're obviously superior.
