Finished Broken World

I finally finished it! Sat down and played through the final chapter today so I could get it done. :yahoo:

Should have done other things, like studying for finals next week but oh well. ^_^

So the game.. I must say that I really enjoyed Broken World, yes I wanted more but it was still good.
And I really liked how the overmage was depicted, they made him a pretty interesting character.
The difficulty was good, and the new gameplay features really added to the game. And most of the enemies
looked good. There where some that just didn't have the necessary quality but they were not too many.
There sure is potential in this game.

I did encounter the inn bug since my old partysave was corrupted but other than that and some nodes
with poor pathing it was a bugfree experience. Well except for the the fact that my computer freezes
and starts over 70% of the times that I use a teleporter.. alt+tabbing out and then back usually takes
care of it though if I do it before the vortex effect appears. But it was a great game nonetheless.

I just wish I had the time to create some nice mods.
BW is just begging to be modded. ^^

Your professors should understand that studying was just not possible under the circumstances. :P
Quick question....It is my understanding that I need to complete the DS2 campaign before beginning BW. Is this true? (outside of any considerations for storyline and plot continuation....just from a technical point of view.)

Uh, ok....oddly I am now logged out. *grumble*

Anyway, I was wondering if you played the "Fist of Stone" character? I was interested in that myself, but the Blood Assassin looks pretty neat as well.

Kathy the unlogged in. :P

If you want to use your own character then you need to finish the DS2 map before playing BW. Otherwise, there are a set of characters shipped with the game that are all ready for the BW map.

Ok, thank you for the information Shrkull. Smile
