Unique Mystic Complete

I finally got the "Harmony of All" Unique Mystic Helm, which completes my collection of Unique Mystic gear. The rest of the Unique Mystic gear looks very cool; the Helm is nice, but not as impressive as the other stuff. Having said that, however, I should note that I'm not very happy with the way that helmets in DS2 or BW look on female characters, nor am I very happy with the way DS1/LoA helmets look on female characters (although there are a couple of exceptions, those being the Raven Helm and the Parade Helmet, and both have color variations with different names). The headbands that Witness did for the Dark and Light Elves mod are excellent for female characters. I still prefer the style of the Tribal Armor over the style of this Unique Mystic Armor ("Nature's Avatar" Armor, which is still better than the ordinary Mystic Armor), and some of the Elven Armor I have seen looks good on female characters. However, as I've said before, the coloring of Tribal Armor is a bit drab and I would prefer it to be more vibrant and bright. The coloring on this Unique Mystic gear is appealing. In the image, Aceria Rubra is standing in Kalrathia wearing the complete Unique Mystic collection and holding the Archdruid's Station Unique Yearling Staff. In the attached file, she is wearing the complete Unique Mystic collection (and was supposed to be holding the same staff, but it didn't come through in the screenshot for some reason, and neither did some other elements of the image in-game, but I didn't mind those being missing; I've noticed this phenomenon before with other imagery missing from screenshots, but I don't know why it happens).

That is one nice staff. Congrats on completing the set.
Looks cool Giovanna. I agree that most of the helms do not look good on female characters also.
Thanks, Sol and Volkan. I also had a complete collection of Unique Raven gear, which I think looks better than the Unique Mystic gear (I even like the helmet for that, as well as ordinary Raven helmets and those Wolf helmets and Bear helmets), but it's so much lower in level that it would not be advantageous to wear it in combat in the areas where my character is now. I thought I had retained a complete Unique Raven collection in the inventory of my Inn-residers, but apparently I kept two pairs of Unique Raven Boots and discarded all Unique Raven Gloves, so I don't actually have a complete Unique Raven collection anymore. Still, maybe another pair of the gloves will turn up in my next visit to Pineapples Island. If I ever get another copy of Paint Shop Pro and figure out how to alter the colors of already-existing gear in-game, there are some DS1/LoA things I will be working on, and then, maybe, I will work on some DS2/BW stuff in the same manner. Like I said, I really like the Tribal Armor (just the body armor; the gloves and boots are much like others in the games, and the helm, while better-looking on female characters than most other styles, still leaves something to be desired), but I think the coloring could be improved, and I say that realizing that the color scheme that appears on Tribal Armor contributes to a semi-camouflaged look in the jungle. If that camouflage were effective in game terms, it might be more acceptable, but it's not. Maybe I'll work on that idea as well, but it will be some time yet before I attempt any DS2/BW modding.
Thinking back, I don't recall ever obtaining a Unique Tribal Armor ("Prongtotem"). I know I had "Panther's Paw" Unique Tribal Boots, "Wolfspirit" Unique Tribal Gloves, and "Sight of the Eagle" Unique Tribal Headdress, but I don't remember "Prongtotem," so either I never had it or else it made a bad impression on me and I got rid of it. There are some other things in BW that are interesting, like "Greater Purifier Vestments" Unique Mystic Armor, but that's also relatively low-level, and therefore basically useless in more dangerous areas, and Preserver Armor (which is said to be "Rare," and I've never seen any type of Preserver Armor that has different modifiers than what I have, so I think it should be considered "Unique"), and while it's medium level, the Unique Mystic Armor has much better stats (including AR), so it's more to my advantage to wear the Unique Mystic in Elite 3rd Act.
I'm going to post another screenie in a moment, showing the Unique Raven gear (which can be seen from the back in the "Off to See the Giants" screenie in another blog entry), and for purposes of comparison, I'll attach a screenie showing Unique Woven gear (that's an example in which the ordinary body armor looks better than the Unique, even with the addition of vibrant and bright coloring).
