If they are found grossly negligent and incompetant then yes yes they should

Tghe fact they kept the Red Cross from delivering basic necessaties such as food and water i beleive it is a capital offence. People died of dehydration because of this negligence and what it reminded me of is what America did to the Native Americans.

Oh and my question is has anyone been to New Orleans Besides myself??
