I don't remember their names, but they are two of the dryads that you rescue, and the picture is of when they are standing next to Celia the jailer.
(...and I think Lancer's Reactor has the inventory mods, but I can't seem to connect right now to confirm...) BTW, I prefer to use three tab mules myself. :P
