I tried LoU without the Adepts mod and there is now a guy in that same house in place of Lititia haha. (and Lititia can nowhere be found) The name is Ivan Vallo. Not sure why but I had a good laugh on that one
I briefly searched the LoU tank files and couldn't find any character by the name Lititia or Letitia. I think she was added to LoU via the Adepts mod.
