Unique Item Enchantments

After Finally getting extracting/viewing of files right :? I noticed some Unique items have the line is_pc_content_allowed = false ; is found on only a few items, the ones where the item is dropped upon completion of a quest. Is the line needed to make the item a specific drop? will the line prevent the item from randomly dropping? :? blogs: |

that should be:
is_pcontent_allowed = false
and yes, it's to stop the item being included in the pcontant pool for random drops. more detail here
