I don't know why, but I felt like sharing the three videos that actually took effort to make. Anyway, these videos are showcasing lyrics that I wrote myself to a pre-existing song. Some may call them "parody lyrics" or "fan lyrics", and you wouldn't technically be wrong either way. What it comes down to is that I liked these songs and had an idea and story that I thought would fit the tune of the song, and then wrote my own lyrics to the vocals.

The story it attempts to tell is one based in the Pokemon world and it follows a particular character who came from a very small village in the Kanto region. Despite the obscurity of this place, he managed to make a name for it by defeating many regions in a relatively short amount of time, and by becoming the World champion. Trouble is, after this point, he didn't really have anything else to do... at least until he met a young boy who shook up the entire world within three years time.

The direct story of the song is fairly obvious, but the context is less so; After a sickness rose up in the hero's hometown, his mother became horribly ill from it. It's later revealed that this illness nearly wiped out their ancestors. Anyway, when many people have died, a rumor starts going around that there may be a cure for it somewhere far away, so, with his mother sick and with hope of saving her and the village, the hero starts his journey. He eventually finds that it was all true, so he comes back and distributes the cure around. Trouble is, the doctors discover that he too had the illness, but instead of accepting it - saying that it'd be wasting it - he declined it, and eventually passed away. The song, simply put, is about all of the things he witnessed whilst he knew his death was near.

Another one with a fairly obvious story; A girl and a boy grew up together, being close friends as they shared a strong desire to venture out into the world despite only knowing their small hometown. When the both of them grew old enough, they planned to leave on a journey together, but when the moment came, the girl shied away, and decided to stay home and wait for her childhood friend to come back. The boy was okay with this, and left on his way... but as the months passed, they realized that they dearly missed each other, so the boy turned around, and the girl begun her journey. The story ends with them embracing each other, the girl confessing how she feels, and the two of them beginning their journey together.
