VTA?

I was riding my bicycle through Santa Clara County, where the public transportation system is Called Valley Transportation Authority or VTA. All the buses have a big VTA logo on their sides. However I over the last few weeks have noticed refrigerated trucks with almost the same logo VTA and I thought to myself maybe they take dead people to work and on shopping trips. It turns out however the company name is Vegetarian Trucking Association. That gave me the idea to think of other companies with the logo VTA.

1. Virtual Trump Apprentice
2. Very Tarnished Appliance (a seller of second hand household appliances)

Can you think of any I might have missed?

In Europe, VAT is Value Added Tax, so VTA would be Valued Tax Additions, or something like that.

Vereinigte Tankstelle Arbeiter - German for United Gas Pumpers, except that it would be all one word in real German. Presumably a trades union.

Might the Virginia and Truckee Railroad have been converted into the Virginia and Truckee Auto company?

I really really don't know why, but your v t and a made me think of the old food pyramid. I guess because t goes on top and v and a make the base of the pyramid. Although the A and the T are more spherical...eh, never mind. I was never good at geometry. Wink
