Being awake. Sometimes, I'm actually in a good dream, but I won't delve into that. Plus I don't remember.

What's your favourite cartoon?

Caravan Kid is my favorite cartoon, I like her tail. I think having a tail would be very useful sometimes, when working around the horses. However I would want a tail the could be controled or at least not drag on the ground.

I dont know if this counts but my ex ( my babies mother) about one month into the pregnancy she quit talking to me ( we were living together) after a month of complete silence she said she was leaving . That was a hard one to swallow

What's YOUR scary, hairy moment??

Well, I have a few (including a head-on car crash where someone was kind enough to run a red light, right into me... always an attention getter), but my number one was a night in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) after major reconstructive jaw surgery.

Long story short, I underwent optional surgery to correct an open bite (my front teeth didn't meet in the front leaving more than a 0.5cm gap when my jaw was closed). The surgery took longer than expected (about 5 hours) in which they ripped out my upper and lower jaw, removed and reshaped some bone and then wired everything back together again (did I say this was optional? What was I thinking?!?). Anyways, the first night after the operation was very difficult. My jaw was wired shut, my neck was totally swollen (to the point where I had no neck anymore...), there was a tube down one nostril into my stomach, and one into my throat for breathing... but fluid (blood / saliva) kept gathering at the base of my breathing tube (VERY scary) making it impossible to take casual breaths. In my exhausted state, I had to very carefully control my breathing, lest an unfortunate inhalation of fluids get into my lungs (coughing was definitely not high on my list of priorities at the time).

Fortunately a kind nurse came along and used a suction tube to get rid of the problem fluids threatening my breathing, and I was able to get some much needed rest, but there were a few hours there that I was seriously considering the end... Seven weeks later (and 25lbs. lost), the wires came off, and all was well with the world again.

Did that story gross you out at all?

No it didn't but man did it sound unpleasent. Glad that nurse showed up.

Have you tried the DS2 sp demo, and if so what did you think of it?

Yes, and it is about what I expected after the Beta. Of course I wish there was more, but it's less than two weeks to go until the full game is released, so I'm not too tortured.

If you've played the Demo, what was your first character (race and primary class... like mine was half-giant: melee, dual-wield)?

Half Giant just cuz well hell even in the beta it was half giant oh and the first hire was another half giant well just cuz so i had one specializing in fire spells (combat mage) and another specializing in melee dual weild

Neither of the above. We are individuals living in a social setting (society...), so we only appear to be "social beings" because of the necessity of such behaviour in this environment. Granted, our method of procreation involves families (babies would not survive alone...), which in themselves are mini-societies, so in that sense we do have a necessary social aspect to our existance.

I don't think I need to comment on the "violent" "idiot" option too much... some people are, but most aren't.

Why aren't more people rejoining SiegeTheDay?

Probably because they either don't know, don't care, or just are too lazy to.

Anyone miss me? I've been playing Guild Wars, so I haven't been thinking of playing anything else but that and D2(1.11 patch is out! Yay!)

What's Guild Wars like, then?

Well, if you can be happy with only getting to level 20, having annoying death penalties(which sucks when you hit -60% HP *AND* MP), and having a slightly boring combat interfact, it's actually pretty fun. It's both story-driven(with a tutorial area, before the main world 2 years later) and non-linear, as in you can go along with your missions, or do quests all the time to build up your skill repertoire. Trust me, getting to said level 20 is hard, even if you do invest a lot of time playing. And don't think you're gonna buy a Rune of Major Vigor after 2 weeks of 24-hours-a-day playing, either. Current trade rates from the trader person estimate about 91 Platinum Bars, or 91k gold. Gold is tough to get, so either sell everything you get, or hope one godly item comes around to sell for a bit of money. Dyes sell for a lot, too. :P *hands you a copy of the Guild Wars Manuscripts, more commonly known as the game manual* There's all you need to learn about GW. Any questions?
