BW success Lengendary mod fail

Before hauling my game computer over to where I share an internet connection. I decided ti try something, got out the DVDs with the files from the old computer and just copied the BW files from it and then tried installing BW and that worked great :dance3: :dance1: :dance2: Installed the legendary Mod and while DS2 and BW work fine for some reason I am getting NO experience while playing :censored: :censored: :censored: A sledgehammer is looking better and better :bat:

I would assume that its one of those extra mods you're using that's causing the No Experience bug sig1.
Off Topic, is there a download site of those mods you're using, I haven't heard of most of them and I would like to have a look at them in action, Suki, my hero is always looking for something that could be advantageous to her.
I do remember that very few, if any of the mods I tried to use for DS2 worked right with the DS1 in DS2 mod/maps. I assumed this to be because DS1 in DS2 is such an overhaul style mod that it forces incompatibility with anything else. Mods that change pretty much anything about the vanilla DS2 experience would likely be incompatible, because what they change is already changed to get DS1 in to DS2...
Testing this could be a matter of trying the game without any mods besides DS1 in DS2. If it works right (exp gain) then add mods until you break it.
Phoenix/Volkan's R_better_loot is the only newish Mod, should be in downloads
The weapon and armor packs are from Bare_Elf, If you like Archers She is the one to talk to.
I do need to remove the compatibility fix since it is no longer necessary for Playable Utreans
Volkan/Phoenix's More hair and Dark Elf's GiantGnome8 (also in downloads) have been working fine since I started testing with Beta15
Cool_Dryads is for DS2 and has a small priority issue with BW (I believe I found it at NudeMods )
I am actually removing them 1 at a time to see if things start working
I just retested my mod that I sent you and I had no problem gaining levels so I do not think that is the cause. Cool Dryads needs to be disabled when using broken world it says so in the readme-file.
That's actually the prime rule for bug testing compatibility between mods, remove one at a time until you find the culprit.
The Legendary Mod should work with practically every mod there is as its an add on rather than a mod as such. However the MLA mod does alter formula.gas, which suspiciously contains the experience tables. If another mod, which also alters formula.gas were to be used, then there would be a compatibility clash which could cause problems like you are describing. I've not heard of this Cool Dryads mod, so I can't comment more.
Removing R_Better_Loot and using MLA beta5s instead of the hotfix version seems to have fixed most things
I just need to remember to NOT try playing just DS2
Am playing with cool_dryads as the only problem with using it in BW is having solid silver body in a couple of ways which looks to just be a priority problem and adding the new armor to the mod }:)
