Lili's Wolves Alpha 4

Running around Ehb with version alpha 4 of my wolf mod and version alpha 11 of Darkelf's wolf mod. I will have to download version 12 of Darkelf's wolf mod after typing this and checking the new posts.

Rename the "wooly cap" to the "wolfy cap".
For the cat mansion girls using the bunny ears template create wolf ears. They look more like wolf ears anyway.
Make a forest wolf green and somewhat leafy then take the wolf into DS2 and sell the patent to the dryads
Make a black and white spotted wolf then locate the Aranna Volunteer Fire Department so they can put them on their wagons. Oh wait there is no Fire Department because if there was Stonebridge would not have burned to the ground
I have installed Darkelf's alpha 12 version of his wolf mod and will start a game on another map just to check out the changes. Also to see how spelliconsv5 works.

great ideas, hope u implement them in the future.... leaving the armor making to u for sure, the green wolf sounds like a good idea, may try making one, but I liked your new textures so well, may just wait on your's instead Smile

for the black and white one... I sure hope u don't open up the cow and clone it, don't think wolf would like a black spot on its side lol but that would be a good way to make a black and white wolf, if using the cloner tool.

ds2 has a wolf head helmet not sure if it would work in ds1 or not, im sure it could be modified though. maybe ds1 has one too, I never really looked at ds1 helmets cause they were always in raw format and unviewable.

These wolves are cousins of Old Flame. They normally hide in a big dungeon called "Molten Core" (a boring ass raid in WoW ie Molten Snore and no wolves, just these huge dogs called core hounds). The wolves would fit right in, because all the scenery is lava, rocks and fire. sooo muchhh orangeeee Shock

Would you be so kind as to link these textures to my siege the day PM. I have been working on getting a forest wolf texture and it has not worked as nicely as yours.

Also what do you think of my wolf ears mod for adepts.

Started a new game so I could test the wolf ears. So we find ourselves in Stonebridge after an hour and twenty minute romp from Norick's Farm. However the blacksmith did not have any wolf ear helmets in stock. So tonight it is off to the next armorer so see what he has.

I think the ears look cute. They always reminded me of kitty ears, but looking at your 2 blogs about them I think you're right. They definitely look like Wolf ears or even German Shepard ears. Sorry, it was rude of me to just takeover your comments with all my pictures. I like your purple girl (in the other blog) too. Smile

Hi All,
Have not had time to add the forest wolf and spotted wolf to my wolf mod as yet, been sleeping more than humanly possible. However had the opportunity to install Darkelf's version 13b while in Glacern. Checked for pack wolves and they are sill traggs but I expected that as the change log for his mod did not say they where fixed. Looking for spells from his mod so that I can check the summon wolf pack, and check out the other summoned wolves.

We are currently at the back gate of Glacern and will move on tomorrow.

added 13c today Tongue - if the pack mule seller sells a pack mule and the button says pack animal it will always be a Tragg, not sure if the game randoms the pack mule and traggs or what. its quite aggravating...I tried replacing Tragg with a wolf once, but the game tried breeding a wolf and tragg, and well the results of the new animal was 2 legged scratching fleas and very much deformed, so had to reverse it..gpg sure did make sure the loa map got traggs, would have to edit loa map and remove the meshes from actor Sad but there is so many user created maps I not sure if editing them would messup another map.

think I made npc versions of Snowy, Blacky and Sandy but cant remember, I want to work on the portrait pictures now, make the full face in box, will have to resize them on a black background, looks like cotton needs her backpack moved up near backbone more, such a time consuming thing to do Sad

haven't found goldie hawn yet in shops but I have Flame running around..btw Flame is also a combat magic spell, but don't seem the game care too much there is 2 Flame in the game now Smile

will make special versions of summon multiple for your summons. maybe even a summon random with just yours, one that will require your mod to be installed. guess I will go notepad that now...laters

assuming the templates are correct and the lack of priority, requires at least v4 of Lili's wolves installed to work - here is Summon Random Lili and Summon Multiple Lili with duration of 30, duration can be changed to your liking but needs both the spell and the good wolves to have the same durations in their templates for the effect to work right.

When I saw the new mod to summon a lili wolf I giggled and could not help myself. So two very quick attempts at a lily wolf about 10 minutes total.

To make them look good I would have to soften the texture of the fleur-de-lis or french lily so it is closer to the wolf or use pictures of real lilies as a texture. This was just a quick silly giggle.

those 2 iris wolves look really cool... I removed the terrain from the summon multiples, they should work as offensive spells, not sure about passive though

I picked up the spell Summon Pack of Black Wolves in Elddim and using the Basilicus jumped my party to Crystwind and deployed the spell. Great offensive weapon.

Discovered that taking screen shots when I am using a wide screen setting really trashes the image. So when I want to take screen shots I need to change from 1366x768 to 1024x768, then things are fine. Currently my party is looking around crystwind.

Things are working fine with wolfyde15b and Lili_Wolf_Summons_V4. Still working on some new wolves, the last two looked really funny. So reworking the textures. Still have to find the wooly cap template so that I can change it into the wolfy cap.

We have the Falleran Stone and are clearing the path to the next teleport station so we can complete the quests "The Falleran Stone" and "Clear a Path" no point in running back to Falleran at this point. I think with 8 party members I will stop adding wolves to protect the caster as it is getting difficult getting everyone on even large elevators in one go.

They're a colourful set of characters to go romping around the countryside with bare_elf, is there a version of that mod that's compatible with the DS2 engine because its one cool looking mod. Big smile

it would be nice if the game would unsummon on elevators, think ds2 does it but not in ds1, there has been many times I have had to do an elevator 3 times to get all 8 down, not sure why ds1 cant put them all on the elevator.

I have made the Traveller's camp with my game, I guess I forgot to do a couple of quests in Glacern (the books and the guys house) and now they are incomplete, cause I went back and the apprentice wont give me the book and neither do the other 2 guys.

Would be nice to import some ds2 code into ds1 but would take time.

Currently playing with 15c, but think I will continue testing it, and upload another version instead, want to experiment with the formations some more as well they can be made tighter i am sure.

Have tested Flame and Blacky so far they work flawless, haven't found the Gold one yet in shop for testing, and haven't found Snowy and Sandy either but they worked in previous versions.

Sorry Mia there is no ice cream in Dornek's Quarry you need to go to Dairy Queen for that.

I need to make a spell for unsticking wolves. They tend to get stuck in the terrain on narrow paths. I get tired of walking around and around until the decide to follow me. So now it is off to Meren.

The Return Summoned Spell does not work on either your wolves or my wolves that are summoned to protect caster. Try the spell and you will see. it wont work on the multiple summons cause they expire after 30 seconds anyway or the npc summons cause summon_npc don't allow unsummon, but it does work on our summons, perhaps the Adepts summon.skrit has changed for your game, I have been playing vanilla and they do. will have to load the Adepts again and see.

We are currently in the Cloud Forest hunting for the Meren Town Stone, Bandits and Strange Bird. Currently running Wolfyde-16b and Lili_Wolf_Summons_V4a testing new wolf additions. Have a party of 8 people and 5 protector wolves. Have as yet not found O'wolfen my new Irish wolf he is sort of plaid to match the plaid armor I am working on. Hope the Irish wolf looks better than the French Wolf!

We have made it to Lang by following the smell of the mold. Currently Playing Legends of Utrae 3.2 with WolfyDE16f and Lili_Wolf_Summons_V4. Eight party members and five protector wolves. I have not been able to get the French and Irish wolves to look as they should. So have removed them for now.
1. DE I like the wolf bow, except it is hard to tell that we are shooting wolf ammunition. Maybe slowing down the firing rate or increasing the time the wolf is displayed might help.
2. Did you change the follow and formation dsres files? as over the last 2 days my wolves have not been getting stuck in the terrain.
3. Wish I could figure out why my screen shots are getting corrupted when my screen resolution is 1366x768 (using windows 10) do not have this problem with windows 7 at either 1600x900 or 1920x1080 (system has two monitors). Might it be the the Intel HD Graphics 5500 chipset on the windows 10 laptop? If so does anyone know a fix?

1. I changed the wolf bow to the undead, didn't want any wolves dying, and undead wolf was already dead... the bow is based off a regular arrow, I removed the speed to use the default component.gas speed instead in F build, as the arrow is faster yet at first testing, but it seems even default component.gas speed is now also to fast so will have to make the default 100 or something, I can barely see the running anim it so fast, if ranged is within melee distance it hard to see at all, the further away the ranged is the easier it is to see it seems.

2. follow and formation have been changed. formation I drastically changed, they should be really tight groupings even around monsters, they still don't get 8 on some of the small elevators though but I only been clicking 1-2 (mainly this blasted tragg I wish I didn't have) to move on elevator lately.

I am currently made my way out of goblin area, on way to fortress kroth, found out I didn't have this nature mage named Andy from swamp area in party yet so had to go back to swamp to get him. currently testing build G, I have added 3 new NPC_summon Pack Werewolves since, but will be making an H build, to fix the wolf bows Smile this game needs more shops, the swamp shop wouldn't sell many spells Sad so haven't been able to test much.
