The first meaning present, here or hello I am sure that is what you where referring to Sol77. However you may have also been saying.
The shortened form of Your used like this:
Yo sandwich only has bacon in it. Want some tomatoes or cheese on that to?
third-person singular, familiar:
Yo was commenting on his presence here
contraction of you and are:
Yo the boss so we like you being present and eating bacon while commenting.
