Here is a little shield I did earlier this morning. I re-skinned the rusted metal buckler and made a shield for the "wearing o' the green". Who says St. Paddy's day only comes once a year?! :P

Well, yesterday was a snowday. We had a very big storm and got dumped with a lot of heavy wet snow. Super! *rolls eyes* So, my neighbor has a snowblower and blows his snow into my yard. Lovely, and it isn't as if we haven't discussed this issue with him before. It is simply arrogance on his part. By the time I got up this morning he had already done it, so I am going to wait and complain about this tomorrow, when my blood stops boiling. Speaking of blood...I had to force the cellar door open to get outside, there was so much snow lodged against it. The snow had a heavy crust of ice on top of it and I had to smack it with the shovel to break it up. Then I had to shovel it away in layers, because it was up to my knees and too difficult to shovel away in one fell swoop. It took me half and hour to shovel a narrow path from my cellar door to my driveway and I had to stop...it was just too much. blogs: |

I made these four items earlier tonight. It is pretty easy to draw the skin on the arms. I would have liked to have made some shorts, but shading and drawing knees is too difficult with the 2D layout for Farmgirl. Stripes Icy Spider blogs: |

I really hope people remember what was posted in the site discussion forum regarding answering spam posts. It serves NO purpose to respond to the SPAM so I hope people will simply just wait it out, be patient and let site staff deal with the problem. Nobody likes spam, so rest assured that it will be dealt with... I mean I am not trying to be a jerk here, nor am I trying to pick on anybody. So, sorry if I am seeming pushy about this. The thing that is weird (ok, very weird--I am a weirdo) is that I had this horrible nightmare the other night about this. Some pretty nasty stuff was posted and it gives me the creeps. I think that is why I get so offended by these spammers. If people want to see pornography, that is their right (at least in the United States, under First Amendment) but for crying out loud, what does porn have to do with DS? blogs: |
